Family Birth Center
The Family Birth Center is a specially designed center where dedicated physicians, nurses, aides and volunteers provide specialized care with the latest nurse call equipment.
The 12-room facility upgraded there Nurse call in January 2010 to the Hill-Rom, NaviCare VoIP based system. This offers a relaxed, comfortable setting for expecting families where they can feel secure that if they need assistance from the nurse.
The Emergency Department at MVH is a Level IV Trauma Center that provides rapid response from a skilled and specially trained team of physicians, nurses and technologists. In January 2010 the E.R. expanded adding an additional 4 bays to the Emergency Department which features state-of-the-art medical technology and advanced treatment methods including the professionally installed Hill-Rom Nurse call system to ensure the best possible care for the patients.
